PADELBUDDY — TERMS OF SERVICE Last updated:27.02.2026 1. Acceptance By creating an account or using PadelBuddy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. 2. Eligibility You must: be at least 18 years old have legal capacity to enter agreements provide truthful information 3. Nature of the Service PadelBuddy: ✅ connects users with potential padel partners ❌ does NOT organize matches ❌ does NOT verify identities ❌ does NOT guarantee skill level or behavior All interactions and meetings occur at users’ own risk. 4. User Accounts Users are responsible for: maintaining account security activities under their account accuracy of profile information 5. User Content You retain ownership of uploaded content but grant PadelBuddy a license to display and operate the service. You must not upload: impersonating content copyrighted material without rights offensive or unlawful content photos of others without permission 6. Matching & Ratings Disclaimer Compatibility scores and player levels: are estimates, rely partly on user input, are not verified assessments, must not be relied upon as guarantees. 7. Safety & Offline Meetings PadelBuddy does not supervise offline meetings. Users agree: to meet responsibly, to exercise personal judgment, that PadelBuddy is not liable for conduct occurring offline. 8. Prohibited Conduct Users may not: harass or threaten others misuse messaging create fake profiles scrape data attempt unauthorized access use the app unlawfully 9. Reporting & Enforcement PadelBuddy may: warn users suspend accounts permanently remove accounts at its sole discretion to protect the community. 10. Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for safety or policy violations. 11. Future Paid Features Paid subscriptions or premium features may be introduced later. Additional terms may apply. 12. Disclaimer of Warranties The service is provided “as is” without guarantees of availability, compatibility, or outcomes. 13. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, PadelBuddy shall not be liable for: user behavior, injuries, disputes, loss arising from meetings, indirect or consequential damages. 14. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. 15. Changes We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
